VPN help
Try these in order.
On TVs and boxes the usual culprits are a client that was never allowed to run in the background, a key pasted with a space at the end, or a clock that drifted.
- Re-paste the key without spaces at either end
- Allow the client to start at boot and to run in the background
- Turn on automatic date and time
- Pick a different server once, then restart the app you were watching
When only one app fails
If the key works everywhere except one streaming app, the app is probably refusing VPN addresses. Leave it outside the tunnel in the client, or switch the key off while you watch. Netflix, for one, tells viewers to turn VPNs off when its proxy message appears.
If none of that works, tell the bot the device model, the client and the exact message you see.
